Using eathalal.eu means you accept these terms. They are short on purpose. If anything below is unclear, contact us.
Accuracy
We try hard to keep listings accurate, but restaurants close, change ownership, drop or gain halal certification, and change menus. Treat every listing as a starting point. When halal status matters to you, confirm directly with the restaurant before ordering.
eathalal.eu is not liable for changes that happen between visits or for outdated information that hasn't yet been corrected.
Acceptable use
You may browse the site, use the search and filter tools, submit corrections, and link to individual listings. You may not scrape the database, send automated traffic, or attempt to disrupt the service.
If you build something on top of our data, please contact us first.
Submissions
When you submit a restaurant, correction or photo, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it.
We may publish, edit or reject any submission. We do not pay for submissions. We will credit submitters by name only with their explicit consent.
Intellectual property
The eathalal.eu logo, brand and editorial text are owned by the founder. OpenStreetMap-derived data is used under the Open Database License (ODbL). Restaurant photos remain the property of their owners — we display them with attribution and remove them on request.
If you believe we've used content of yours without permission, contact us and we will act quickly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Austria. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Vienna.
